The Story
Can you believe I actually made it to Vancouver? Honestly, the vibe was absolutely immaculate, and I think I’ve officially left my heart somewhere between the mountains and the sea. It’s such a gorgeous city, and I spent my entire time feeling like I was living in a literal movie set—which, let's be real, I basically was, given how many shows are filmed there!
My trip was a total whirlwind of excitement. I started by wandering through the cobblestone streets of Gastown to hear that iconic steam clock, then headed straight to Granville Island to stuff my face with the most delicious artisanal treats. I couldn't resist a trip to Stanley Park to see the stunning totem poles, and I even treated myself to a fancy cocktail in Yaletown, which felt very 'main character' energy. The food scene was honestly to die for, and I made sure to fuel up on plenty of local coffee and gelato while exploring the chic boutiques.
Overall, it was the perfect mix of city-chic and outdoor adventure, and it didn't break the bank as much as I feared it would. It was such a lush city break, and I’m already plotting my return because, let’s face it, I’m obsessed. If you’re looking for a holiday that’s equal parts aesthetic and fun, get yourself to Vancouver immediately—you can thank me later!
